Historic Boutique Accommodation

The Classic Villa is a restored Italian-style historic home on Worcester Boulevard, directly opposite the Christchurch Arts Centre. The property features eight heritage guest rooms with polished timber floors, kauri doors, and ornate ceilings. Rooms include flat-screen TVs with Chromecast, luxury bedding, underfloor heating, and ensuite bathrooms with rainfall showers. The Super Deluxe Suite offers a separate lounge area for meetings.
