central location friendly staff comfy bed
the location is central. i walked easily to the botanical gardens. the staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast included a good continental selection. the communal spaces had comfortable chairs. i relaxed in the lounge area. tea and coffee were available at all times. fresh fruit and biscuits were also provided. the building displayed character. the shower had good pressure. i found the bed comfy.
the parking situation seemed limited. i luckily secured a spot in front, but i did not see other options nearby.

I appreciated the central location of this hotel, directly across from the arts precinct. The hop-on hop-off tram stops right outside, offering easy access to the city. Continental breakfast provided sufficient choices. The staff was great, offering help when requested.
I found that there were fewer parking spaces than rooms, so street parking became necessary.

central location, great Hosts

great location continental breakfast personable hosts
the hotel has a great location near the art centre, and i could easily walk to most sights. the villa included a continental breakfast. the hosts, despina and costa, were very personable and shared stories about the house's history with me.
the room was dated in style and lacked natural light. the walls were a cream color. this combined with the medium dark wood furniture created a dingy atmosphere. the blind was broken.

I enjoyed the continental breakfast it included uncommon fruits. Especially i liked the toasted bread. the location was a big plus, a short walk led to the botanic gardens! it's excellent, the tram stops just outside. i walked to restaurants also.
